Wayne State University and the University Cultural Center Association (UCCA) partnered again for the city's annual Motor City Makeover on Saturday, May 15, 2010. More than 130 WSU and community volunteers joined together to revitalize and clean up the midtown area of Detroit including streets on and near the WSU campus. Approximately 520 volunteer hours were logged and 300 bags of trash were collected.
